How do I know Mirana Hair Tonic is 100% pure organic, cruelty free (not tested on animals) and vegan friendly?
All oils purchased are delivered with a batch number and Certificate of Analysis. The suppliers all have cosmetic compliance and Cruelty Free Certification.
How do I know that Mirana Hair Tonic is ethical?
All raw materials are from Fair trade suppliers.
Are your bottles and packaging recyclable?
Our glass bottles can be recycled with your household recycling. Please contact your local authority for further advice on services available.
The bottle label is recyclable, the outer packaging is produced from recycled paper and board suppliers.
What is the difference between carrier oils and essential oils?
A carrier oil is an oil extracted from seeds, nuts or fruits (rich in lipids) of a plant. They are used to dilute essential oils before applying them to the skin or hair. An essential oil can be extracted from flowers, leaves or fruits of a plant and are highly concentrated. They are mainly used diluted in massage including soles of the feet, wrists and temples, or sprayed into the air and in hair oils.

As with alot of things, seeing results can take time and regular usage and commitment is needed. Results will vary depending on the individual, as everyone is different. This tonic can help make your hair longer, thicker, stronger, softer, repaired, conditioned and refreshed if used regularly (1 to 2 times a week) as overnight treatments over a period of time. You will usually see results within a week to a month of usage, again depending on your hair type and condition and how frequently you use this hair tonic. Read more about each oil.
I am pregnant, can I use Mirana Hair Tonic on my hair?
As Mirana Hair Tonic contains essential oils, we recommend that you do not use it during pregnancy.
I have allergies and skin problems, can I use Mirana Hair Tonic on my hair?
If you have any history of allergies or skin problems you should speak to your GP first and carry out a patch test on your wrist or behind your ear before using Mirana Hair Tonic for the first time.
Can I use Mirana Hair tonic on my skin on the face and body?
No, Mirana Hair Tonic is to be used on your scalp and hair only, as advised.
Is Mirana Hair Tonic safe to use? And is the technical information available?
The hair tonic has been Safety Assessed by a Qualified Person and is compliant with the current Cosmetic Safety Regulations. A technical file is available.

Yes. The bottle label shows a symbol of a container with a lid which shows a date on the container. This means the product is stable for 12 months after opening.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations made after the order has been dispatched are processed as returns. We are happy to accept returns of unopened products and offer a full refund of the product value where we are notified of the return within 30 days of you receiving your product(s). We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Please note postage costs for returns will not be refunded. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return and obtain proof of postage when returning the goods, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
