returns and Refund policy

Cancellations made after the order has been dispatched are processed as returns. We are happy to accept returns of unopened products and offer a full refund of the product value where we are notified of the return within 30 days of you receiving your product(s). We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Please note postage costs for returns will not be refunded. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return and obtain proof of postage when returning the goods, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

For returns please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@miranafusion.com quoting your order number. We will give you a returns number and a returns address to send the item back to. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, and depending on the condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company and method of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been received to us and when it has been processed.

We are unable to offer exchanges for returns and a full refund will be given.

All sales items (if any) are final and no refunds will be given.

Any refunds that fall outside of the above are at the discretion of management.

Faulty Items

If any of your items arrive faulty, e.g., the pipette isn’t working, we will replace them and you will be asked to provide photographic proof of the fault or in some cases you will be asked to return the faulty item to us.  We will offer a full refund of the product that is faulty or we will resend you a replacement product.

Damaged Items During Shipping

We will replace any products that are damaged or lost during shipping or in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact hello@miranafusion.com and you will be asked to provide photographic proof of the damage or in some cases you will be asked to return the damaged item to us with all the packaging.  

We will offer a full refund of the product that is damaged/ lost or we will resend you a replacement product.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
