Shipping Timescales

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, bank/public holidays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Bank Holiday Delivery

Where orders are made on a bank/ public holiday they will be processed on the next working day. Please allow a few days for your order to arrive after bank/ public holidays

Standard Delivery

We provide FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery on all orders within the UK, Europe and Worldwide. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracking and Sign Service within the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

UK : 3 to 5 business days
Europe : 7 to 14 business days
Worldwide : 14 to 20 business days

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped and you will be able to track your order with the tracking number you are given via the Royal Mail 2nd class tracking and sign service within the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mirana Fusion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages or Lost Products during Shipping 

We will replace any products that are damaged or lost during shipping or in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact hello@miranafusion.com and you will be asked to provide photographic proof of the damage or in some cases you will be asked to return the damaged item to us with all the packaging. 

We will offer a full refund of the product that is damaged/ lost or we will resend you a replacement product.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
